Propaganda is using misinformation to gain people to your cause. The Propaganda Array grants you psychic dominator like technology. The Propaganda truck could be like a master mind, though.

dont use stealth generators they cause MASSIVE lag.

They won't cause a huge lag-Mental Omega and some other mods have them and there is no problem with it.Just ask Speeder to tell you how to do it.

Lag on Stealth Generators, if I remember correctly, was caused by something like DoubleThick=yes. It was a specific art.ini tag, anyway.
