Snow & fixes for Einstein's Lab
I also noticed when doing that, even though it's specificed as an arctic building, there was no snow on it (but it looked like it had snow on the garrison frame's sandbags). So I added snow to the arctic versions, and redid the garrison frame for both snowy & non-snow versions.
Do whatever you want with them as long as you give me credit.
