[Bug] Multiple Special Vehicles built by AI where a player only can have 1

Hello,

I enjoy playing Skirmish games and set up 4 easy AI player. After some hours their bases become very large, consisting in multiple war/weapons factories. Then, they build 2 or 3 Enforcers, 2 or 3 Illuminators etc. -- is this intended? Me as a player can only build 1 at a time.

This is a limitation of the TS game engine; the AI does not care about build limits. Mostly it will build 1 epic unit for each factory it has, so an AI with 3 War Factories builds 3 Enforcers, for example.
