Dont know if anyone haved the same issue.
After extract one of the campain mission (scg06ea.ini) and edit some terrain on the official map editor, i saved and them new files are created:

.JSON, .MPR and .TGA

but the game only loads the map if is .INI, so i renamed the MPR to INI. Now the map loads but wont let me build the naval factory, even so its "white" under the water.

The original .INI file doesnt change after i save, so i need to rename the MPR to make the game loads and work. Any idea to how fix this issue?
