Linux?

I just got a copy of linux, and would like to know wether shp builder and the VXLSE and VXL Viewer work on it.

They werent made to be supported by Linux. The Import section uses Windows only libraries, so you only might be able to run it in VMWare or similar program that emulates a windows at your Linux. But I don't expect support for Linux for this tool because Tiberian Sun and Red Alert 2 runs only on Windows.

OS shp builder seems to work,(opens made a simple shp, saved, didn't test shp though) vxlseIII doesn't, the vxl builder does(i think, tried it a bit ago)

I use Slack 10.1
WineX 3.2.1-1

I really havent pushed on getting the tools to work on linux

and TS will run on linux #Tongue

I had it running once, need to get it running again.(using WineX)

Cant speak for RA2, but RA works on linux to some degree, enuff That I can play it Smile

OS SHP Builder probably won't work if you try to import an image into an SHP... At least, Delphi acuses use of Windows Only libraries in that form O.o
