Simple stuff, you guys know what you are doing, but for those who might not; Look at navy seal art and rules entry, and implement TanyA in the same way. Uses Tanya sequence.

Really liking your pixel work, how long does each unit take you on average?

Tanya took a while because i take it slow with her, i didnt rush at all.
Because tanya is only taking, Her sleeves and body skin tones always go that I take the most vibrant, and the most dark brown from her already existing clothes (see unused c4 animation) (on left and right click); apply it to her sleeves in the light and dark areas of her skin respectively. Then I take the remap (2 shades again light and dark) left and right mouse, and i mark her sleeves with the remap ribbon. Then i get the two whites of her hood, and carefully draw it on depending on what looks right. By this point we are dealing with a configuration of pixels in an area of about 4 x 5 rows of pixels around her head and shoulders.

I draw for example -->
(actual order of draw) full sit down draw session per segment.
Rotation(Ready) Frames( < 30 mins) 6 frames x 1
Walk ( !> 1.5 hour) 6 frames x 8
Idle + Death ( < 1.5 hours) 15 frames, 60 frames (x2 deaths, x2 idles) 2 sessions
Attack Prone + Attack ((6 x 8 ) x 2) !< 1 hour
Parachute + Drop ((2 x 8 ) + 1) !< 20 mins
Get Up frames (2 x 8 ) !< 15 mins
Walk, Ready, Prone Attack, take longer than usual because they do not mirror. They are full hand drawn N, NE, E, SE, S, SW, W, NW unique (no mirror)
I just say to myself right i will do Walk Frames or something. And i just sit down and copy a frame in one by one, paste them back when i am finished.
oh sometimes i use the gif animator website and upload the images as i am making them. so i can watch it play to see if it looks right without entering SHP builder and pressing backwards and forwards.
