When the onset of Robotics and Tesla Research began in the Soviet Union many inventors clamored to make it big with their ideas. One such idea was the Dynamo Drone. A Literal Generator with Legs to serve as mobile power supplies for more rural areas. The Drone was equipped with very basic AI and initially would only take single commands. A Common sight in development was the Drone walking into a wall and still walking into the wall after many hours. To sustain much of its energy most of the compartment is filled with a miniaturized Tesla Reactor that provides clean and unlimited renewable energy. The patent however was never put in place and many copy-cats were quick to mass-produce its designs. When the conflict rose up again many Soviet Scientists who were assigned to the Storm Legion took it along with them willingly or not. Dynamo Drones now serve as mobile batteries that can charge up a Tesla Coil much like Tesla Troopers or supercharge nearby Robotic, Electric & Cybernetic Units near it.
