This model is from an old mod I used to run called TS : Recoil. The project progressed pretty far along before I had a major hard drive crash. What remained got merged with Tiberian Odyssey, but never see the light of day.

I was going through all my old backups and It seems I still have a copy of the GDI Spotlight Tower model that was created for the project. Credit goes to Gangster for this model. It's been sitting here unused for about 12/13 years, so I'm sure he will be ok with me releasing it.
