Unable to get my custom map to show up?

So, I created a new map (I had played around with the FinalSun editor in Tiberium Sun a few years back, so reasonably familiar with the actual map creation), but now I have created it, I cannot get it to show up in the game. It won't show in either the Skirmish or LAN Multiplayer.

Using TI version 0.7.1.1.

Any ideas? I've tried looking for solutions but can't seem to find one.

In your TI\Maps folder should be a subfolder "Custom" (if not, create it)
copy your map into this folder.

Then in the client in the map selection choose GAME MODE: Custom
Your map should be listed there.
