Some Suggestions
So, as I was playing Battle for Middle Egypt today, I noticed some things that may even need improvement:
I) The Veteran Academy, when captured by Allies, has Allied Flag on top. When captured by Soviets, it does not have Soviet flag, but a flag with a Cogwheel.
II) There are still Mutant hovels around. What if you transform them into something like for example call them Machine Shop and produce Gatling Tanks, Lasher Tanks & Chaos Drones. Since you have models for these 3 and you don't want to make a Yuri faction, you can just add them as neutral vehicles assembled from Machine Shops. (Visually, it could be the Tech Machine Shop from Yuri's Revenge).
III) Make uniform Camos for each faction like in original Red Alert. I'd suggest blue/grey/feldgrau for Allies & black for Soviets. Allies is generally blue (since Yellow is generally connected to GDI - it gives a GDI feeling to Allies) except for Medium Tank which is gray (like render) and current color (feldgrau) for Tank Destroyer. Soviets become black: Heavy Tank becomes black, Breaching Gun gets a black military pattern like the Hind and also the new Tesla Tank gets black in green parts.
IV) More importance to scouting and sight range. Each faction has 1-2 scouting unit (it's Ranger Jeep & Sniper for Allied but one or two are needed for Soviets as well). Scouting units have much more visual range than normal units. Now that would be useful especially for Artillery but I suggest also for Planes (MiG currently but also Harrier/Black Eagle if madin decides to include them in the future) which I'd suggest to have more attack range that sight range in order to simulate realism. Especially Artillery I don't think it should have a great range by itself rather rely on scouting units to hit distant targets. QUICK_EDIT

1) I do plan on looking into this, I had noticed it.
2) It has been stated before that theoretically everything Tiberium Wars would be replaced. There us no chance of the Hovel being replaced in release 7, so there is no point me wasting time on it.
3) This is not happening. Some people really care about camo, I don't.
4) Are you joking? The Soviets have the best early scout in the game (The Dog), and while the Half track is more expensive than the Jeep, it is a lot more versatile (and stronger). I will have a think about the MiG vision, although I hesitate to make the jet aircraft any weaker. Maybe a small reduction in vision.

2) Well I didn't mean on Release 7. I meant just a long term idea.
3) If you want you can give me the diffuse textures and I retexture them - you would need only to replace your diffuse textures with mine. You won't need to do any extra work.
4) funny thing is I almost never use the Attack Dog given that it always ends facing 2-3 riflemen/conscripts squads so I never actually noticed. I just use Conscripts for scouting. QUICK_EDIT
