Rev 570 -- First attempt to implement Primary FLH simulatio

First attempt to implement Primary FLH simulation on OS: HVA Builder. And this specific feature doesn't work correctly yet. At this moment, I do not understand why does it happen. If you wanna try to help me with that, you can test it by checking Draw FLH Bullet and set the FLH coordinates at Tools -> Managers -> Fire FLH Simulation. Good luck and any help is appreciated.
