Should a Commander take control of a Secret Lab they are granted access to a random assortment of forces combining core aspects from the different factions. Among these units is the Tesla Commando. These Battle-Hardened Mercenaries come equipped with an experimental body armor that grants them increased resilience in the battlefield. Their training has rendered them also immune to mind-control. As their name implies the Tesla Commando carry with them an experimental Assault Rifle that rapidly discharges bolts of electricity which is effective against Infantry and Units alike. For Structures the Tesla Commando use more mundane C4 Charges to destroy them.
