If insufficient parts are found on the cannibalized vehicle. The Scavenger upgrades its default gun granting it a slight increase in damage and now allows it to target infantry.
T1 - Dual Cannons:
Allied HEAT Auto-Cannons - Scavenges parts to form a Double-Barreled Gun Turret that fires faster and is more effective against Vehicles
Soviet Blade Launcher - Scavenges parts to form a Double-Barreled Gun Turret that fires bladed shells that allows it to cover a larger surface area and is highly effective against infantry.
Syndicate Acrid Shells - Scavenges parts to form a Double-Barreled Gun Turret that fires chemical agent is released on explosion that causes weapons to function less efficiently.
T2 - Rockets:
Allied Chrono Rockets - Scavenges parts to arm rockets with a Temporal warhead that distorts reality for ground units causing them to move slower.
Soviet EMP Rockets - Scavenges parts to arm the rockets with Electromagnetic Pulse Warheads that can disable mechanical targets.
Syndicate Tiberium Rockets - Scavenges parts to arm the rockets with tiberium-infused warheads that can mutate enemy infantry into visceroids you control.
T3 - Obelisk Turret:
Allied Prism Beam - Scavenges parts to alter the dissintegrator beam to scatter its lasers similar to the Prism Tank
Soviet Tesla Beam - Scavenges parts to convert the dissintegrator beam into electrical bolts and can now rebound like Elite Tesla Weapons
Syndicate Corrosion Beam - Scavenges parts to upgrade the dissintegrator with more powerful acidic chemicals that allows it to deal more damage to objects it has recently hit.

The Scavenger is a unique super tank developed by the Syndicate. Initially equipped with a Magnetic Leech Beam, the Scavenger uses this weapon to initially tear apart enemy vehicles until the vehicle is weakened enough to being fully salvagable for upgrades. Depending on which Faction and Tier the Vehicle is destroyed by the Beam or when ordered to "enter" the Grinders from the rear area. The Scavenger will get an upgrade from 3 blueprints its crewmen have on hand. Hmmm what Recycler TS Concept? Anyways I might consider redoing the voxel again as right now its roughly the same size its vehicles are supposed to grind up into and well... it doesn't look that nice.

the new one looks rather boxy and simple. the old one had nicer details and a more interesting shape.
The new one also has a quite big chassis for rather small turrets. On the old one the chassis/turret proportion was better.

The new one, for better or worse, looks like somebody ripped the Nod Obelisk from TD off the ground and stuck it on to a chassis.... It's a hell of a model, but it's too close to the Nod one, and knowing how big that is makes it seem silly in comparison. _________________ Victory! QUICK_EDIT

Chassis has side and treads more similar to the first design
Added "Dirtails" on the Chassis (Bullet Holes on where the Plow, Spray Painted Tally Mark and Yuri Faction Symbol on the Sides, Peeling Paint on the Danger Stripes at the back)
New Default Turret
Lengthened the Barrel of the Cannon Mode and minor detail enhancements on the Turret
In-Game View of the Obelisk Turret...
The Obelisk-styled Turret is intentional. Yuri has the Obelisk for their T2 Anti-Ground Defense so it somewhat thematically makes sense they'd stylize the turret on the obelisk as well for the Scavenger. And most of the current Laser Themed Units have at least very symbolic designs. The Mothership's Laser Turrets are in the 3 Faces, The Relic Drone is a weaponized mini-Obelisk. The only one that has their Dissintegrator Laser have a mundane weapon design mostly is the Floating Disk,Wraith and Banshee. _________________ ~ Excelsior ~ QUICK_EDIT
improvement suggestion
-make texture wise clear where the turret will be. e.g. make the area on the chassis a bit darker or give it an entirely different texture. maybe also a warning stripe around this area to show that this is an area of constant changes and danger.
Right now the turret is kind of slapped onto the chassis without any real connection. With a visible turret-area on the chassis, they should work better together.
Maybe also add some small pipes/wires that come out of the chassis at random points and all go to the turret in some asymmetrical ways. This could help symbolize the cobbled together technology (which isn't perfect symmetric and clean ordered) and show that the turret is a main part of the unit.
-add some more details to the chassis: e.g. since extruding parts doesn't fit to the ?subterranean design? (the rear looks like that), how about intruding a small area and add there some venting slots? Just something to make it less plain colored

The Grinders at the back are its passenger "entrance." It's not subterranean in any way.
Random trivia about how its weapon came to be like that...
Due to how Mind Control works in YR you can't order MC'd Vehicles into your own Transports. So I changed the Default Weapon to be able to abduct Units as otherwise you'd only be able to upgrade its turrets through longer method of Mind Controlling the Unit -> Send to Grinder -> Build Newly Reverse Engineered Unit -> Enter inside Transport.
