Reinforcements Pads allows commanders to get a Scorpion Tank via Paradrop for every 3 minutes. They can built more than one but it has no effect on timer or doesn't makes you get more that one tank.

Role: Reinforcement landing zone
Cost: 1500
Armor: Steel
Power: -75
Prerequisite: GLA Construction Yard, GLA Palace

A Hunterseeker SW is more closer to ZH Reinforcements Pad logic (if the hunterseeker doesn't have aircraft locomotor then it just gets spawned and you can spawn one per building on the expense of losing anims).
