I've tested it here and I couldn't reproduce your problem. It might be something between your png file and the PNG library used by OS SHP Builder. Which program did you use to save this PNG file? QUICK_EDIT
It works it I rename frames to 0001.png, 0002.png ... as Graion Dilach suggested. Thanks.
I just think it would be cool if OS SHP Builder could manage everykind of filename. QUICK_EDIT
