OS HVA Builder clarifacation.
I need a clarification on the function and context of use between the "Voxel Position" and "Voxel Offset" functions. I know the offset function is tied to the voxel header and in fact changes it. The issue I'm having while building an HVA for a unit is aligning the turret so that it rotates correctly in OS Voxel Viewer. Currently its rotates correctly in the HVA Builder but when I view the unit in the Voxel Viewer it seems to rotate from the origin of the vehicle body and not the adjusted origin of the of the turret. FYI the turret is not intended to be positioned in the center of the vehicle. I should know how to do this as I know I have done it before, but I'm apparently a little rusty. I appreciate any advice or help.

You should not align the turret at that spot. It's supposed to be aligned with the Y Axis, otherwise you get issues like this (in this state, it will also have incorrect positioning in the game).
The turret has to be centered on the Y Axis, and the ingame turret position is modified with the TurretOffset= tag. You should never attempt to do it otherwise, unless the voxel is done in such way that the turret spot is centered on the Y Axis. QUICK_EDIT
