Update exe only

In the update window add a checkbox
"update exe only"

When i update, i don't want all the (by me removed) useless palettes downloaded again (e.g. the hexadecimal named palettes under the User folder)
I also don't want any of the color schemes and cameo backgrounds. Most of them are ages old, unfitting or useless for any newer mod work. So i don't need the update to last 20 seconds longer just for downloading these unused files.

P.S. What are these hexadecimal named user palettes good for anyway? The windows256.pal palette is imo useless for any mod too, so why is it added?

An option for executable only wouldn't be a good thing, but one for obligatory files only (which would exclude custom schemes and palettes) would be ok. I just need to think in a better name.

Also, to be honest, I don't know why were these palettes added in first place.

Whoops, sorry for forgetting this. Yes, those hexpals could go away - I thought they were used in some installer screrens of early C&Cs but couldn't find them. Now.. I guess they're being normals tables but that would be also pointless for SHPs.
