Executioners are the all female commandos that make up most of the Tainted Hearts cell, the Chimera's bioengineering research and conversion division. They're unique in that they're not the result of Chimera experiments but were a natural occurrence and thus, have been brutally researched upon. They're known as diclonii, humanoid beings, only females are known. They're identifiable by their unnatural bright red or violet hair and having small horn-like protrusions coming out of their skulls. They possess telekinetic powers which they manifest as invisible tendrils known as vectors to manipulate objects with. A diclonii's powers can be measured by the number of vectors she has. Needless to say, the Chimera would love to have these beautiful creatures as part of their legions and went on to raid a major secret research facility in Japan where they're being held captive, allegedly tortured in the name of science. Having liberated them from their human oppressors, most of them gladly joined the Chimera. One of them, possibly the oldest specimen classified as Number 99, went on to become their de facto leader and formed the Tainted Hearts, sworn to bestow upon humanity their impurities.
While capable of immense power according to the facility's history of escapees nearly destroying it, Executioners are rather subtle at what they do. Most of them manifest a pair of vectors, which is still enough to tear whole squads of infantry and light vehicles apart quickly. They don't fare well against larger threats though. For that, they can set timed Psi Charges which take a couple of seconds to arm. A series of rapid beeping noises is the only audible cue that the bomb is about to detonate, releasing a powerful psionic wave that can cripple groups of structures and vehicles. They wear little armour in order to run quickly as their role demands, making them very vulnerable to anti-infantry weapons. Should they be killed, they're usually able to arm one last bomb moments beforehand as a parting gift and this can take the enemy by surprise. Much like Disciples, those who have learned to harness their full power can produce more vectors, enabling them to take on large hordes of infantry single-handedly and even wrangle low flying aircraft.

Trivia: An obvious crossover with Elfen Lied. A "What if" scenario where the diclonii were assimilated by the Chimera.
