Technicians are the leading men in machinery and rapid healing. Being well versed in engineering, they can instantly repair damaged buildings and bridges, as well as taking over enemy or tech buildings that would prove useful for the Chimera war effort. They also wear hazmat suits which allow them to operate in irradiated or contaminated areas. Recently Technicians, with the help of the Tainted Hearts cell, have produced a unique substance called Stroyent. This blood-red substance has the ability to rebuild lost matter, enabling vehicles to repair themselves and accelerating healing in bodies. Technicians can be ordered to simply contaminate a sizeable area with Stroyent, rapidly healing whole armies on the fly. It should be noted though as enemies can exploit Stroyent contaminations to revitalise themselves, so Technicians should always look out for enemies in the area before they utilize it.

Trivia: Inspired by the Strogg Technician class from Enemy Territory: Quake Wars and the Nod Saboteur from CnC3 Tiberian Wars. Stroyent is the substance the Strogg sustain themselves on in the Quake series.
