Strategy Centers provide Allied Commanders to further communicate with their forces on the battlefield. Issued with all Units is an intercom that allows every unit in their control to receive orders from the Commander allowing them to change their strategy temporarily while in combat where they may either Fortify themselves or Prioritize dealing damage. In some situations Commanders would do so and issue both commands forcing their units to stand ground. These Commands can only be issued to ground or naval forces.
