The heart of the base construction. This allows Soviet Commanders to establish base control and to gather resources to produce army to overcome their opponents. Without this, Soviet Commanders can lose control of the battlefield. Having multiple of this established increase the speed of producing a structure.

Armor: Concrete
Power: 0
Ability: Establish Base and grants the ability to build other structures.
Tech Level: -1
Requirements: Soviet MCV

A good tactics is to surround your Construcion yard with walls, so enemy engiers cannot capture it, and use it for their own purposes #evil
