Psi Ops are the products of the training of the Allied Commando Program and Yuri's own research on Mind Control. Psi Ops are able-bodied soldiers who with the assistance of a Head Piece jokingly nicknamed by these Soldiers as "Scouters" which allows them to easily see long distances and therefore increase their Mind-Control range. As with any Psychic Infantry the Psi Ops can also create a short-range psychic blast killing any infantry near him.
