Subject description: Anti-Infantry Defense

Pillbox
Affiliation: Allied Nations
Weapon: M2 Browning Machine Gun
Role: Basic Ground Defense
Cost: 500
Armor: Standard Construction
Requirements: Boot Camp
Additional Info:
- Can Gain Experience.
- Can Eject GIs upon destruction.
- At Elite the Pillbox switches to Armor Piercing Bullets (+25% extra damage versus vehicles)

The Pillbox is a standard military defense. Made by fortifying a dug-in position with Sandbags and Concrete. The Pillbox is manned by an Allied Soldier who can fire from the structure providing cover for him. The Pillbox is no doubt an excellent defense against Infantry. Vehicles however pose a challenge and the task of taking on Armored Targets is more suited to another Allied Structure.

That means you can get multiple GI's if you just build and sell it for less than its cost.

Vanilla Setting seems to only eject 1 GI nonetheless...

Ehh, pretty sure the default is Crewed=no on all defences.

Yep. I reenabled Crewed=yes on the Pillbox and the New (but old) Turret as well. It's another gimmick on the Allied Basic Defenses though... Since the Sentry Gun is just a Fixed Gun with a Robotic Sensor while the Seer Pylon is a Human Brain fixed into a Turret.
