The Soviets have always had a large fascination with the Allies development on Laser Weapons. Those few commanders who are able to steal what little info they Allies can purvey (though not willingly) grant them some insight into further developing their Armored Infantry Research. Laser Vanguards are the next example. Like all the other variations of the Vanguard Power Armor. These Behemoths can take plenty of hits before they fall to enemy fire. Being experimental only 3 can be fielded by a commander.
