Everything in the battlefield needs to be run by someone. These men are the people who do it. Technicians are Maintenance Workers who choose to work inside the bases or serve as pilots for the various vehicles in the battlefield. Technicians are armed with a Pistol to defend themselves unlike Engineers. This by no means makes them fit for fighting as they work best as workers who keep and maintain a base.

You made it so the Technician can repair, but not capture? Nearly 3 years later and I've not found a way for anything in my mod to work that way. Interesting to see someone already did it - it must be possible.

This unit is dead now actually. Since Ares allowed you to customize Technicians You basically get an additional engineer of your faction now when your Con Yards got blown up.
