The Dominion, being one of the poorer factions under the Soviet Factions. Couldn't afford the luxury of much more powerful and newer siege platforms. Scavenging with what they had and they're know-how. The Dominion was able to create the Rocket Buggy. The Rocket Buggy is quite possibly the fastest siege unit. Able to perform tactical hit-&-run tactics with their Cluster Rockets. The Rocket Buggy had to sacrifice most of its Armor though to be able to move quickly and still hold enough rockets to move around the battlefield.
