Tiberium Flyers are bat-like tiberium creatures that are only found in areas that are heavily infested by tiberium. Most humans are not even aware of their existence due to their reclusive nature and preference of dark and hidden places such as caves. The Forgotten have worked long and hard to befriend these creatures, and the effort has been well worth it. The tiberium flyers can use their acid spit to cause severe burns to infantry, and even heavier armors are not very effective against it. Instead of hitting a single target, the acid spit covers a larger area and can damage multiple targets at once. The large spread also makes it very good against structures. What makes the tiberium flyers even more valuable to the Forgotten is their natural ability to use ultrasonic sounds to detect things. This allows them to detect nearby stealthed or hiding enemy units and buildings, but only while flying. The tiberium flyers are severely handicapped while on the ground. They can only move at crawling speed and cannot use their stealth detection ability. Tiberium flyers are fragile creatures and usually require other units for protection. Like all tiberium creatures, they can heal on tiberium fields.
