Here's some more recent pics. I'm currently testing the AI and I usually have just one attack / defence force active at a time, so the screens don't show all the units and stuff. I'll upload some more diverse and better pics soon I promise, and more pics of the Forgotten #Puppy dog

Btw, those Maulers look like they came from a bad 8-bit game that had its colors inverted.

Remap bits need more variation in lightness and darkness, looks odd still. Will be fine if you edit that I'd imagine.

I'd give them an overall skin-tone colour, rather than green. But that might take aaaaages of work.

I've altered the remap color to be darker as if the sun was shining from southwest. Dunno if the difference is massive, but does it look better now?

Some buildable lights would make the night time screen look even better, but I don't think having buildable lights would make much sense gameplay wise, would just be eye-candy.

To show some progress here's the finalized tick tank with deployanim, based on yet another version made by Hassan_2030.
