My portable generals doesn't have world builder, and id like to begin mapping for this site. could someone point me toward a worldbuilder download? or is it illegal to download seperately?

Portable Generals? World builder is supposed to come with the game...

Portable Generals sounds like an illegal version, which would be something PPM doesn't support and would be nekro's second offense about illegal warez here at PPM.

Portable Generals is being designed for Sony PSP, Last I heard it hasnt even been released yet, atleast not here in the USA. Even so there isnt most likely a world builder for it anyway.

Well a Google search to enlighten myself on this project just pulls up torrents and rapidshare link sites.

This, again, is illegal activity on PPM.

yeah, so far every site i found it at says same thing, ReleaseDate:TBA which means it isnt even out yet, so yeah I agree, he must have gotten illegaly from somewhere.
