Hey, i've got the Steam version of Command and Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars, is it possible to run the modification on this version of CNC3 since it doesn't have a Mods menu...

Open up the properties for it. Then to "Set Launch options". Add -ui to it. The menu should show up.
