I have (finally ) finished the part 2 of the Treason trilogy Conflict. It was pretty hard to make, mostly because of triggers (especially aircraft related ones ).
If you encounter a bug (of course there shouldn't be any ) report them here and I'll fix them asap.
To play this mission, you should first download the (updated!) first part (found here: http://www.ppmsite.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=23704) and play through it.
Second part will start after you beat the first one. This map turned out to be pretty hard (IMO), so remember to save often.

Mutants calmed down a bit after we returned the transports to Tratos. However, they won't trust us until we have get
proof that shows them that Nod was really behind the attack. Other thing of concern is how Nod gained access
to our units, since none of our bases hasn't been recently attacked by Nod, nor is any vehicle gone missing during escort mission.
Our intelligence has gained information that the Nod Commander responsible of the recent attack is coming to
inspect a nearby Nod base by train. You have to stop the train, so we can capture him and get the information we
need. After train locomotive is destroyed, clear the area of Nod and finally transport the prisoner to the liftoff area.
DATA LINK CLOSED.
Objective 1: Destroy the locomotive to stop the train - it must not escape!
Objective 2: Destroy all Nod forces in the area.
Objective 3: Transport prisoner to the liftoff area and guard him until Orca Transport arrives.
Constructive criticism is most appreciated.

EDIT: I updated the download package, but not the map itself. I tried to, I really did, but every time I broke the unload function somehow and the commander wouldn't leave the train car.
I do intend to release updated version of this one too, but as it happens, it must wait at least a little while more.
Hey buddy, sorry for the really late response (almost a year) but I've finally gotten around to playing this map and I have to tell you, I'm very impressed.
I loved the plot of this mission, loads of different objectives crammed into a single map, Building up a base, destroying an enemy base and capturing a train, all very well thought out, not to mention that the map layout and detail was really nice too (In some areas anyway, I didn't like some specific details mainly for being plain). The best part of the mission is definitely the twist at the end, adds plenty of depth and feel to a story, very good job.
Of course though with loads of possitive sides I have some complaints too:
- The difficulty level wasn't really that challenging, but this could always be fixed with AI Triggers in the map file.
- During the last objective (wont reveal what it is so I don't ruin the surprise) AI Triggers should also be used here, I had about 50 Titans swarming the entire map and it was no problem removing the enemy.
- When it comes to destroying all the Nod presense in the area, you should add either a Firesale trigger or an All to hunt trigger so you don't have to scan the entire map looking for a lost harvester or soldier. Another annoying thing with this note is that you have to destroy all the landmines too which can be a real pain, you should make them a different house so they don't have to be destroyed in order to pass the objective.
- As I mentioned above the detail was really nice, but some areas were horribly plain, not to mention repetitive, but you've gotten much better at mapping since these times so I don't need to tell you how to improve.
Overall this map was extremely well made and I am very impressed with your abilities, be sure to talk with me about Twisted Insurrection's campaign, you could lend me and Q45 a hand.
By the way, the first mission for this campaign is also really well made (It's also a lot harder), you have some great plotting and ideas. Both maps have my approval and I recommend them to everybody to have a go at. Great work. QUICK_EDIT
This one is well balanced for the difficulty. Great multi-pase mission, withe the bad guy GDI attack after you deafeat de Nod forces.
I understanded that when I put the prisoneur on the transpoter, I have to wait 20 min, bu I fist thought of a bug. You shoul display a timer for this séquence.
And the next mission don't play after you beat the mission, little bug...
