Who starts with an action sequence?!? Question

Also, I can make the guy more known by his actions as well as by his dialogue, which I do often.

The dialogue of Dr. Chapman and the antics of the other professors helps establish their feelings towards the situation.

I could start with an action sequence. You can usually show a lot about characters by describing how they do things.
"He deftly fed the 12-bore shells into his weapon."
"He fumbled for the forward assist as he slammed home a new magazine, feeling along the weapon's barrel for the akward little handle."
"haphazardly letting fly with the cumbersome weapon"
"Automatically he returned fire"
"Slyly, he slung his spent cigarette butt into the professor's bin"
"Nervously he grabbed the fallen guard's gun"

I find the intro to be action best at the movies, because I feel action is something that you must see.

While on the other hand, the only way for people to show thier thoughts in movies is through what, voice over? I never really liked that.

In Medias Res is a good style too.

I also like to describe two events as the unfold an then finally come together into one thing. For example, I wrote a thing (I think I posted it here) where a plane got shot down by a hijacked missile battery, and I started with the guy getting onto the plane, and the terrorist signaling for the attack. I liked it.
