Subject description: Infantry Healing
Medic
Unit Stats Strength:Low Weapon:N/A Advanced Weapon:N/A Speed:Slow -> Medium Requires:GDI Barracks
Description:
Medics are an essential part of any GDI infantry platoon. Carrying a useful surgical medikit, medics are instantly capable of performing even the toughest of medical tasks in the heat of battle. The brown's okay by me. The GDI infantry remap needs some work and the dark needs to be toned down a bit. Too much of a Nod vibe with the darkness of it. _________________

looks sub-par even to TOs infantry. you cant make them so small and expect they look distinguishable from eachother, let alone look good. _________________ Please, read the signature rules of the forum. QUICK_EDIT
Find us another infantry creator then? I can promise you these can not and will not change unless that occurs, everybody knows we have no artists at the moment. Also ingame they are fine, I guess I could try to fix them up with some recolouring and a slight resize but thats the best you can get. _________________ QUICK_EDIT

Personally I think the problem is that you've resized the infantry, which results into detail loss, which results into all infantry looking the same. I'm not saying you must keep them normal sized, but this may explain why they look bad sometimes QUICK_EDIT

Yeah, I dunno what the hell you guys are thinking, the infantry size is good as it is.
I can distinguish them, plus the enemy won't instantly recognize the medic, unless he's an experianced commander, whose paying attention.
Looks aside, what about the cost? Why are medics so damn expensive, more than engineers, which are waaaaaaay better, most of the time. I could have at least 4 more troopers for the same price of a medic.
I'd choose the troopers over the medic usually, unless the medic healed really fast or instantly, constantly, or something, to justify the cost.
Please don't make them radar tech, unless they have a special ability or something; again, to justify it. _________________ Destroy to create. All for the hunt to dominate!
Well Medics would be able to save any commando unit, or heal infantry who arnt in battle. Saves money over time, particularly expensive infantry. QUICK_EDIT

I promote many things, like heat, and the need to pack it. Who doesn't want the ability to cap someones ass when the time is right?
Detailed infantry are always great, but, ztype, I wanna play this mod. The wait is killing people; the wait and the heat, of course. I'd like to play this mod before I run out of ammo.
