Okay, here is the list of names.

MT&C Expansion (Massive Terrain & Civilian Expansion)
Tiberian EnvEx (Tiberian Environmental Expansion)
TS:GE (Tiberian Sun: The Growing Environment)

Tiberian EnvEx sounds good, and is the only one that doesnt sound like a lack of inspiration.

Whats wrong with Tiberian Sun Terrain Expansion? Why does everything have to have a 'catchy' name attached to it?

Personally TSTX I prefered, it was simple to relate to.
The others, with the exception of GE seem to be too long-winded or overhyped.
Why not a simple addition to the TSTX? -> TSTCX (or TCX for short) Terrain & Civilian Expansion?
