Very nice logos! I think that "Zero:hour" text could be sharper and the upper image doesn't have enough contrast with the "brain" background (as it steals too much focus from the text area). I'd suggest you to make the "brain" a bit blurrier and darker and drop the saturation slightly. QUICK_EDIT
