It is a Nod advanced power plant modified to suite the needs of Master CABAL.
First of these were used to power the Core's defences, and later it was used
briefly as His main power source.

That's really good. However the lighting is wrong, at least if you don't plan to make all shadows cast to the southwest, they should go to northeast. The sunlight in TS comes for all things (except infantry and vxl) from southwest, thus the round tower should be bright on the opposite side.
