Things that will not be includet in the first version.
-Twinkle anim for Tiberium (...causes errors from time to time and makes the game crash)
-Garrisoning (logics don't work the way i want)
Remember, it began as private mini mod, and its still nothing more than that, expect a better Tiberian Sun, but not a change of the whole world, there are still nice things in the mod. _________________ Hydraw Art on Facebook QUICK_EDIT

Suggestion: You could impliment a twinkling effect into the blossom trees 'spray' anim? QUICK_EDIT
Edit the blossom tree tiberium creation animation so that has extra frames with glitter effects surrounding it? It won't get an all over twinkle effect but you could get it around the blossom tree which would at least add some eye candy.

The only problem with editing the tree is that when the tiberium that the extra frames play "over" is harvested, the anim will still be there, causing the lesser known "ground twinkle" effect.

That's not really a problem, whenever the animation plays tiberium would have just sprung to life next to the tree before the twinkle animation plays and assuming they have the invisible green lighting it won't look at all odd as it'd be a twinkle where there's a tiberium aura on the ground and newly spawned tiberium.
You could just say it's tiberium spores spreading. QUICK_EDIT
