Thats the 'flash', it will look better ingame. Here is the non-'flash' version and a impact shot (probabily wont have the nice directional thing ingame, but meh)
all the turrets are well good, the war factory and refinery seem very basic but for some reason i feel it really suits this mod. but the textures do make up for it, i love it m8 keep it up _________________ Soader, Drum N Bass!!!! QUICK_EDIT
They.. look.. like they'd suit a Stalingrad-esque city; heavily wasted, tanks driving through streets strewn with dead bodies, helicopters diving in & out of streets, spraying buildings with minigun ammo..

the "pavement" texture you use is a metal texture that i use myself, it it does let your pavement look like metal also...otherwise all other things are nice, the ruins are awesome detailed ! _________________ Hydraw Art on Facebook QUICK_EDIT

Looks nice, but if I were you, I would've kept the differences between the pieces of rubble minimal, that way you can place more of them in one spot without it looking too repeated, like with tiberium and ore. QUICK_EDIT
